Applications will be assessed for suitability to the event and the following event selection criteria:

Applicants that sell more than 90% pop-culture-related products

Applicants must meet all requirements, including convention theming, and supply the relevant documentation outlined in the Terms and Conditions

Applicants that can trade during event operating hours as stated in the Terms and Conditions

Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it: clean and devoid of waste
Organizers will contact applicants to advise them if they have been successful in securing a site. Successful applicants will receive an invoice with payment information and further details around the event.
Unsuccessful applicants will be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation or declined offer, organizers will refer to the waiting list and make second-round offers, if required.
Mack PopCon is located at the Mackay Showgrounds large shed, with both indoor and outdoor trade locations available. You will be placed in the zone best suited to your product or entertainment offering.
